Support is provided after hours and on weekends for emergencies only. An emergency is defined as a system outage (such as email or our Electronic Medical Records system). To report a system outage, please call 517-432-6200. The on-call staff member will assess the problem and determine if the issue is indeed an emergency. If the issue is critical, every effort will be made to resolve it.
